Strategic Review Implementation Manager (SRIM)
Make strategic-review implementation a live, connected model — from the review and its recommendations, through prioritisation, workstreams, actions, milestones, dependencies and risks, to the evidence, validation, benefits, governance decisions and authorised closure.
Its central question:
For each strategic-review recommendation, is it prioritised and delivered through a workstream, tracked against milestones and dependencies, validated on evidence, are its benefits realised — and is there an authorised basis to close it?
It sits beside the agency's programme/PMO tooling — it owns the recommendation → workstream → action → evidence → validation → benefit → closure implementation lifecycle and the governance around it.

Status
Phase 1 (built): all 19 models render as an AI-Safe CRUD register with a dashboard, seeded with one coherent QAO-style implementation (29 rows) — three recommendations across three workstreams: one implemented, validated and closed with a realised benefit, one at risk behind a blocking dependency (with a risk, an approved timeline change and a conditional decision), and one in progress.
Phase 2 (scoped, not built): the recommendation/review lifecycle state machines, derived
priority scoring, progress-snapshot roll-ups, the closure guard rules (validated
SUFFICIENT, evidence accepted, no blocking dependency), benefit measurement, and the
DomainEvent outbox — see page 03.
